If any of these happen you may be entitled to claim for compensation. We can negotiate your claim and take steps to sue on your behalf if that becomes necessary. A word of warning though! All claims must be settled within three years of the incident otherwise you may no longer be able to seek compensation. We would always recommend you instruct your solicitor as quickly as possible.

If you have been the victim of violence you may be entitled to compensation. We also deal with applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority and can assist you with completion and submission of your application in addition to appearing with you at the Criminal Injuries Board.
